The hardest part of strategy isn't creating it, it's getting people aligned and invested to act on it. I have over 6 years of implementing strategy that gets people fired up, is clear and approachable and moves the needle.

It's not enough to create an experience that is frictionless and drives delight and engagement with our users, we have to integrate that into value delivery for our company. My hands-on experience as a designer and a design leader has given me a strong foundation of what ingredients need to come together for success.
