Matt has spent over 15 years in UX and Product with the last 6 years focused on building, managing and leading high profile design programs. Most recently, he served as a Director of UX at Insight Global, where he led a flourishing design program, led UX strategy, and supported organizational growth through workshops and trainings in the product operating model.
Before shifting into design leadership he spent over 10 years as an individual contributor at health, legal and finance tech companies, gaining deep expertise in research, interaction design and front-end coding for desktop, mobile and native SaaS and B2B applications.
Matt recently moved to Atlanta Georgia from Durango Colorado. He’s a Colorado native who loves biking, disc golf, science fiction, his furry family and his lovely designer wife Jenny.
